Our Bareback/Treeless fur pads are non-returnable. The handcrafted process is lengthy and requires a great deal of effort and dedication to ensure the product is of high quality. As a result, we cannot afford to take it back once it has been purchased. This is also due to the fact that the products we use to make our pads are not refundable either. We strive to use high-quality materials to ensure the durability and longevity of our pads, which unfortunately also means that we are unable to offer returns.
